This is a sculpture of a duck, abstracted to the point where it is unrecognizable as a duck. Only through interaction with the people around it does it (once again) become a duck.

When walking through a park, along the road, or in a residential area, you often see feathers lying on the ground or in the grass. These feathers can be placed into the artwork, as shown in the animation.

Not everyone will immediately think of a duck when seeing this piece. But by bringing the feathers ‘home,’ the duck becomes a duck again. Together, we give the duck its feathers back. Without feathers, a duck is not a duck. And in a way, the same applies to us: without connection, a human is not a human.
